Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within approximately 7 business days after the order date (excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays).
Delivery services are available Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30. No deliveries are arranged on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping may be delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
Additional Notes
Home Delivery: Actual delivery time is subject to the courier driver’s route and schedule.
Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival notification SMS and collect your package within 5 days after arrival. Failure to collect without valid reason may result in additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
